Her rehearsal style combines efficiency, precision and a lightness of touch. She cultivates a positive working environment, challenging colleagues to take risks with their own playing and singing, in pursuit of ensemble music-making that is spontaneous, classy and vibrant in performance.

Katie enjoys seeking out eclectic, edgy repertoire to explore in new concert formats and spaces, while remaining dedicated to presenting the core choral works from across all musical periods.
